Charcoal Equipment
Take a look at our 31" diameter kiln, perfect for owners of small woodlands, colleges, countryside parks, wildlife trusts, or anyone who wants a small kiln that can be very easily transported around in the back of an estate car, van or small pick up. Easily set up by one person and burns for about 5 hours producing in the region of 20kgs of quality charcoal. Cost £450 + £50 (incl VAT) delivery to UK mainland
In this section we are offering equipment to those either looking at producing charcoal commercially or those who simply want to convert hardwood thinnings from small scale woodland operations into a great product for personal use and/or sale.
The process of making barbeque charcoal on a small scale by woodland owners and perhaps Wildlife Trusts and Local Authority Countryside Rangers with volunteers is very rewarding and an efficient way of disposing of small diameter roundwood that would otherwise go to waste. What better way to spend productive time in the woods!
These kilns are very professional quality , sizes from 5' to 8' in size with the option to add a seperate top rings at a later date if extra capacity is required
We have used kilns ourselves from this maker commercially for the last 15 years to produce BBQ charcoal and unreservedly recommend them for their design, build quality, ease of use and longevity.
Please email or ring to discuss.
Kilns are made to order, expect delivery times of 3 - 4 weeks. Mini kilns are often kept in stock
We can provide charcoal making training in these kilns at your site or ours, this can be one to one or to a group, please ring to discuss
