5' Ring Kiln
The 5' diameter ring kiln is a good choice for smaller operations, perhaps without such a commercial output in mind. The best choice for Country Parks, Nature Reserves, and private woodland owners wanting to convert smaller quanities of small diameter hardwood thinnings into charcoal for personal use and for sale. If you want to increase production capacity at a later date there is always the option to buy a 24" high top ring. Your original lid will still fit.
It is always advisable to handle kilns with two people, however it is possible, with due care, to operate these kilns single handed once sited.
Product Description
Steel Ring Kiln for the production of charcoal. The manufacturer of these kilns have produced 100's of these kilns over a period of more than 17 years. Our own kilns, from this manufacturer, are still going strong after more than 12 years of commercial production
These kilns are easier to live with at 34" high (easier to get in and out of, and easier to extract the charcoal), however, if you would prefer them at just over 1 meter high them this is available as a no cost option. We will supply the 34" high version unless you advise us otherwise by email or telephone
PLEASE NOTE DELIVERY IS NOT INCLUDED, PRICE QUOTED IS EX-WORKS
