6' Ring Kiln
The 6' diameter ring kiln is a good choice for smaller commercial operations, normally operated with 1 or more similar kilns so production can be continuous, whilst one or more kilns are burning, others can be emptied and recharged. We use 6' kilns with optional top rings to increase capacity.
Whilst it is always advisable to handle kilns with two people it is possible, with due care, to operate single handed once sited

Steel Ring Kiln for the production of charcoal. The manufacturer of these kilns have produced 100's of these kilns over a period of more than 17 years. Our own kilns, from this manufacturer, are still going strong after 12 years of commercial production

Supply us with a delivery address and we will get back to you with a quote. The haulage charge will depend on how many kilns are ordered and where in the Uk delivery has to be made. If you have a suitable vehicle and trailer you can collect yourself from near York.
Kilns are made to order, average delivery time: 2 - 4 weeks
Product Specification
Made from mild steel of various thicknesses
1 x Ring - 3mm, 6' diameter x 1m high (Top flange - 5mm, Bottom Flange - 10mm). We will make the ring 1m high but as a no-cost option it can be 34" high making it much easier to get in and out of
1 x Lid - 1.6mm
6 x Ports - 5mm
3 x Chimneys ( 100mm diam, 6' long ERW tubing - 1.8mm)

The 6' kiln is portable, suited to either static or temporary sites.
To increase capacity optional top rings will fit on top using the original lid. Please enquire about top rings
