Called a port, this is either an inlet or outlet on which the main kiln ring sits. Normally 8 required per kiln but the 5' and 6' ring kilns usually have 6 per kiln. Designed to fit our 6' chimneys

These are non stock items, they are made to order. In our experience most kilns can last about 10 years depending on how they have been looked after, however the ports tend not to last that long as they are in contact with the ground and are continually being heated up to very high temperatures.
