Product Description
The Wetterlings Splitting Maul is made to powerfully split logs and large rounds of firewood. As these axes are meant to split the log along the grain, not cut it, the cutting edge is shaped at a wide angle and the bit is ridged. This makes splitting easier and ensures the axe doesn’t get stuck in the wood.
The Wetterlings Splitting Maul has a tempered poll that can be used to drive a splitting wedges into really stubborn rounds of firewood.

Product Specification
Weight 2.5kgs. Head is made from Swedish steel, containing alloys of silicon, manganese and vanadium. Straight hickory handle 32" long.
Life-time guarantee, comes with a thick grain leather shaeth, uniquely held in place with magnets.
