Useful short bladed carving knife with lightly oiled birch handle.
These Frosts knives have a high-carbon steel core sandwiched with milder steel for shock absorption.
Product Specification
Laminated blade length 49mm, birch handle length 157mm, supplied with functional grey plastic sheath. Core of the blade is hardened to 61 - 62 on the Rockwell C scale, which permits the taking and keeping of a good edge
