Product Description
Hand forged carving knife blade by renowned Swedish toolsmith Svante Djarv. With this one you will have to make and fit your own handle. Made from round toolsteel, heated 4 times in an oven for 25 hours. This gives the highest possible edge quality and hardness.

Total length 6 1/2", blade length 60mm, width 17mm. Made from high carbon. Scandinavian grind
Additional notes
We have yet to try this knife ourselves but we know all tools made by SD have fantastic edge holding properties and feel great in the hand.
Will need a final hone once handle is fitted
