Additional notes
This is our favorite crook knife. The relatively narrow blade allows quick tight turns in the bowl of a spoon. Single bevel, and no pointy end to draw blood! Regardless of handedness (!) everyone would be better of with both a right and a left handed crook knife in their toolroll because there are certain cutting manouvers best done with a right handed crook knife and some best done with a left handed crook knife.
The ribbed elm handle sits very comfortably in the hand
