Additional notes

We have recently taken to using this style of stone for our own tools, its very convienient having two grits on one stone, the surface area is large and the base extremly stable. There is a handle underneath the base so it's very safe to take the stone to tools such as drawknives and axes. Sometimes pointed tools such as some knives can catch in the perforations, but this stone has a special continouus diamond zone for such tools
