1000 Grit Water Slip Stone, for the sharpening / removing the burr of crook knives, gouges and small carving knives. Comes complete with leather case

Dimensions: 4" x 2", tapering from 1/2" - 1/8"
These are water stones so will require soaking in water for a few minutes before use, then spinkle with water occasionally when in use
Comes with suade leather case, open at one end, specially made for the Woodsmith's Store, can also be used as a honing leather
Additional notes
My first choice to sharpen any knife would be larger diamond stones, however these slip stones fit convieniently into a tool roll so it should always be there when your knives need some minor touching-up. Used lightly can remove the burr from the inside of crook knives and gouges
