Product Specification
Wooden body made of hard maple, 7.5" x 1" x 5/8". Blade has a 1.5" long edge made from A2 tool steel. Comes with an allen key to adjust blade height via grub screws
Additional notes
Finished to a very high standard, one feature we particularly like is being able to drop the blade into the body when not in use, therefore protecting the edge.
Sharpen the bevel on an ordinary bench stone with the tangs overhanging the sides. Remove the burr on the flat side on an ordinary Fine flat stone then finish on leather, as always.
