Tool Storage and Edge Protection
I am often asked about tool sharpening, but the best thing you can do to prolong the sharpness of edge tools is to protect the edge when not in use. If you work mainly in doors it's normal to hang a tool up on the wall or in a tool cupboard but if you work outdoors in the woods all edge tools should be organised in a good individual sheath or tool roll
