Product Description
Willow basket, made in Cumbria from locally grown basket willow.. Approx 14" tall by 14" wide with two carry handles.
We use these baskets to carry our tools around, the 14" x 14" size is perfect for small tools such as carving axes, drawknives, spokeshaves etc. Edge tools contained in a basket should be fitted with individual sheaths to protect yourself from getting cut when picking out a tool and to prevevent edges becoming dulled.
With a larger basket it would be just too tempting to overfill and make dangerously heavy

Additional notes
OK, so it looks very similar to a Kindling Basket but the sides are a little more vertical. These are just so appropriate for green woodworking tools!
